A Fekete Kereszt célja az uralkodó osztály által üldözöttek támogatása. Az állam és a jog a rendszer fenntartásának eszközei. A törvény a tulajdont és a tulajdonos osztályt védi. Az ellenállás, a tiltakozás, a szabadságért folyó harc sokféle formát ölthet, de a hatalom bármikor találhat ürügyet rá, hogy bármit törvénytelenné nyilvánítson, és bárkit eljárás alá vonjon. Világszerte, és Magyarországon különösen az általános emberi jogok egyre súlyosabb támadás alatt állnak. Ebben a helyzetben különösen fontos, hogy jelen legyen a szolidaritás, és mindenki, aki az emberi szabadságért harcol ne érezze magát egyedül. Nem a demokráciát védjük, hanem a bajba jutottakat támogatjuk. Elsődleges eszközünk a szolidaritás.
A kizsákmányolás elleni harc sose volt könnyű. A kapitalizmus védelmezői minden korban tűzzel-vassal harcoltak és harcolnak ma is a rendszer meghaladására törekvők, az általános emberi felszabadulás hívei ellen. A harc körülményei változnak, de célja nem: megszüntetni minden elnyomást, megszüntetni az uralmi formákat, felszámolni a kizsákmányolást és a nélkülözést. Az uralkodó osztály őrzi tulajdonát és uralmát, ezt a célt szolgálja megannyi állami intézmény, a rendőrség, bíróság, a börtönök…
Aki fellép az igazságtalanságok, az embertelen ideológiák ellen, arra bármikor lesújthat a jog, a jog, amit azért hoztak létre, hogy a mindenkori uralkodók hatalma megmaradjon.
A kapitalizmusnak koronként és helyenként sokféle politikai formája van. Az elnyomás a legdemokratikusabb országokban is jelen van, és ahogy a centrumtól távolodunk, egyre erősebb. A kelet-európai félperifériát a kapitalizmus kialakulása óta, az utóbbi két évszázadban többnyire autoriter állam jellemezte. Tekintélyelvű, választásokon nem leváltható kormányok működtek, évtizedeken át. A magyarországi politikai rezsimeket olyan nevekkel lehet jellemezni, mint Tisza István, Horthy, Kádár. Hozzájuk igyekszik felzárkózni Orbán Viktor, aki 2010-től egyre autoriterebb rendszert épít ki. Az Orbán-rezsim a kelet-európai kapitalizmus autoriter karakterének megnyilvánulása. A 20. században az autoriter rezsimek bukását világpolitikai változások hozták el, egyelőre kérdés, hogy Orbán mikor fog bukni. Ám az Orbán-rezsim bukása csak részleges változásokat fog hozni, az aktív szolidaritásra minden korban szükség van.
A diktátorok veszte csak rövid fellélegzést hozhat, hiszen a kizsákmányolás gépezete akár diktatórikusan, akár demokratikusan, de megy tovább. A világméretű szabad emberi közösség programja pedig a kapitalizmus mégoly demokratikus, liberális formái számára sem elfogadható alternatíva.
Az elnyomás, a hatósági üldözés sokszínű. Perek, eljárások, pénzbüntetés, figyelmeztetés, megrovás, felfüggesztett vagy letöltendő börtönbüntetés bárkit elérhet, aki a kapitalizmus ellen próbál tenni valamit. Az Orbán-rezsimben nincsenek tömeges letartóztatások, de egy-egy nagyobb tüntetés-sorozat után tucatjával indulnak az eljárások. Nem mindennaposak a politikai perek, de előfordulnak. Bármilyen rendszerkritikus megnyilvánulás eljárást vonhat maga után.
2025 szeptemberében az antifasizmust „terrorista” tevékenységgé nyilvánították. A liberális demokrácia hivatalosan is megszűnt, a rezsim a nyílt fasizmus útjára lépett. Ezután bárkit „terroristának” nyilváníthatnak.

The Black Cross aims to support those persecuted by the ruling class. The state and the law are the means of maintaining the system. The law protects property and the owning class. Resistance, protest, and the fight for freedom can take many forms, but the authorities can find an excuse at any time to declare anything illegal and prosecute anyone. All over the world, and especially in Hungary, general human rights are under increasing attack. In this situation, it is especially important that solidarity is present and that everyone who fights for human freedom does not feel alone. We are not defending democracy, but supporting those in trouble. Our primary tool is solidarity.
The fight against exploitation has never been easy. The defenders of capitalism have fought tooth and nail in every age and are still fighting today against those who seek to transcend the system, against those who advocate universal human liberation. The circumstances of the fight change, but the goal remains the same: to eliminate all oppression, to abolish all forms of domination, to eradicate exploitation and deprivation. The ruling class guards its property and rule, and so many state institutions serve this purpose, the police, courts, prisons…
Anyone who stands up against injustices and inhumane ideologies can be struck down at any time by the law; the law, that was created to preserve the power of the rulers of the time.
Capitalism has many political forms in different eras and places. Repression is present even in the most democratic countries, and as we move away from the center, it becomes stronger. Since the emergence of capitalism, in the last two centuries, the Eastern European semi-periphery has been characterized by mostly authoritarian states. Authoritarian governments that cannot be replaced by elections have operated for decades. The political regimes in Hungary can be characterized by names such as István Tisza, Horthy, Kádár. Viktor Orbán has been trying to catch up with them, building an increasingly authoritarian system since 2010. The Orbán regime is a manifestation of the authoritarian character of Eastern European capitalism. In the 20th century, the fall of authoritarian regimes was brought about by changes in world politics, and it is still a question of when Orbán will fall. But the fall of the Orbán regime will only bring partial changes; active solidarity is needed in all ages.
The fall of dictators can only bring a brief respite, as the machinery of exploitation continues, whether dictatorially or democratically. The program of a free global human community is not an acceptable alternative in the eyes of even the most democratic and liberal forms of capitalism.
Repression and authoritarian persecution are diverse. Lawsuits, proceedings, fines, warnings, reprimands, suspended or mandatory prison sentences can be handed out to anyone who tries to do something against capitalism. There are no mass arrests in the Orbán regime, but proceedings are launched by the dozens after any series of major demonstrations. Political trials are not everyday, but they do occur. Any gesture critical of the system can result in proceedings.
In September 2025, anti-fascism was declared a “terrorist” activity. Liberal democracy was officially abolished, the regime embarked on the path of open fascism. From now on, anyone can be declared a “terrorist.”
